Job summary

American Cementing LLC is seeking a Bulk Plant Operator I-IV to safely blend and load cement, chemicals, and acids for pumping jobs at our New Philadelphia bulk plant. You will ensure materials are prepared to exact specs and delivered efficiently to the wellsite.

Requirements include a High School Diploma and 2+ years in bulk plant operations, with strong math skills and knowledge of MSDS/PPE/TDG. Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in bulk plant operations or similar.
• Strong math and measurement skills (ratios, volumes, percentages).
• Familiarity with MSDS, PPE, TDG and emergency response protocols.
• Willing and able to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Operate bulk plant systems to load cement, chemicals, and acids per job requirements.
• Monitor blending equipment, pressures, and flow systems.
• Maintain plant cleanliness, perform basic equipment maintenance, and keep accurate inventory/docketing.
• Review job sheets and ensure blend specifications are met; coordinate with coordinators.
• Safely load/unload deliveries using forklifts or pallet jacks; drive Bulk Trucks when needed.
• Adhere to safety standards and participate in weekly safety meetings.
