Oak Grove Technologies, LLC is a dynamic and fast‑growing federal contractor that is seeking a qualified Cellular / Radio Frequency (RF) Engineer. The role involves managing and supporting cellular and RF spectrum operations, ensuring effective coordination, planning, and execution of communications systems that support multidomain training environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and manage cellular and RF‑related projects
• Oversee RF spectrum engineering and management across operational sites
• Coordinate spectrum usage with federal and state agencies
• Monitor and maintain spectrum baselines during training exercises
• Perform spectrum deconfliction to support operational objectives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Spectrum Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum five years of experience in cellular systems, RF engineering, or spectrum management
• Experience with 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G technologies
• Knowledge of cellular frequency management and licensing coordination
• Experience with Federal Communications Commission (FCC) licensing (e.g., Experimental STA applications)
• Understanding of telecommunications systems, transmission media, and system performance
• Ability to coordinate spectrum usage with stakeholders to meet training objectives
• U.S. Citizenship and an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
