Job summary

Apple Inc. is seeking a senior cellular baseband modem systems engineering leader in Cupertino to program manage multi‑functional modem projects from concept to production.

You will coordinate with systems and silicon teams, drive requirements, schedules, and inter-team collaboration while leveraging deep cellular knowledge. The role requires hands‑on engineering leadership with experience in wireless baseband systems, algorithms, hardware or firmware, and strong communication at senior levels.

Qualifications

• BS in engineering required.
• Proven engineering management or program management experience.
• Experience in wireless baseband modem systems, algorithms, hardware or firmware.

Responsibilities

• Drive cellular modem systems development across multiple projects and targets.
• Cover PHY, MAC/RLC/RRC, multi-sim, and concurrent RAT operation.
• Track schedules through architecture to production ramp.
• Drive requirements, specifications, compliance and issue resolution with partners.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to enable progress on dependencies.
• Anticipate risks and develop mitigation strategies; resolve conflicts.
• Lead coordination across Modem, VLSI, firmware, RF, IP, design, verification and test teams.
• Deliver regular status updates for executive reviews with clear technical data.
