Job summary

Katalyst-Healthcares- is seeking an experienced smartphone field test engineer to support 3GPP/3G/4G/5G testing across Android and Apple devices. The role includes log analysis, issue investigation, and daily client reporting.

Candidate will have 3–4 years of hands-on testing experience, familiarity with carrier certification in the USA, and practical knowledge of tools like QxDM, QCAT, Wireshark, and ELT for UE debugging.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in smartphone field testing.
• Excellent understanding of 3GPP specs for 3G/4G/5G technologies.
• Hands on experience of Android and Apple products like smartphones and smart watches.
• Worked for carrier certification for USA operator (viz. Telecommunication, Telecommunication & Telecommunication). Log analysis & debugging UE issues.

• Able to operate Android and Apple products (iPhone, Watch, Mac). Experienced Field Testing - inclusive of issue investigation and representation.
• Experience of 3-4 years into Mobile device testing.
• Perform testing and sending daily report to client.
• Log analysis & debugging UE issues.
• Aware of logging tools like QxDM, QCAT, Wireshark, STT, ELT etc.
