Chester County Operations | We Serve Joy!
As a Cellar Technician, your role will involve tasks such as tank Clean In Place (CIP), equipment CIP, filler CIP, and the receiving and shipping of bulk ingredients and liquids. You will assist in batch blending, ingredient additions, carbon loading/unloading, and carbonator operations, always knowing when to seek guidance for troubleshooting.
A basic understanding of production systems, such as Winemanager and LIMs, is essential. You will execute bottling line CIP changeovers and demonstrate situational awareness regarding safety and quality. Effective communication with team members and leadership is key, as is maintaining a clean, organized, and food safety-compliant work area.
Your responsibilities will include performing quality control checks, engaging in sustainability practices, and ensuring compliance with regulatory considerations. We value attendance and timeliness, which are crucial for maintaining our operational standards.
SHIFT: 12hr Nights, 6p - 6a, 2-2-3 Schedule
Position Enviornment: Partial work in weather/elements, Partial work in controlled indoor spaces
