Job summary

The candidate will report to QC management and help ensure safe, accurate sample handling while working a 6AM–6PM 12-hour rotating shift, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Handle test samples and retains throughout the sample lifecycle: receipt, storage, distribution, transfer, and disposal.
• Facilitate cold chain transfers of samples.
• Maintain inventory and support distribution of QC samples and materials to functional groups as scheduled or requested.
• Record performance metrics for the sample management group.
• Follow lab procedures to maintain a safe and organized lab.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
