Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Supply Chain Operator for its Devens, MA facility. The role focuses on material receipt and shipments, with a 6am–6pm rotating schedule including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities include on-the-floor support, safety adherence, and collaboration across cross-functional teams. Prior GMP warehousing experience and SAP/MES familiarity are highly valued. Competitive compensation and benefits apply.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline is preferred.
• Certification in CPIM, CSCP, and/or CLTD is preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of warehousing experience (GMP preferred).
• Experience with SAP, MES or similar ERP systems is highly preferred.
• Experience handling Liquid Nitrogen is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications is required.
• Knowledge of cGMP/pharmaceutical regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to present data clearly and coach less experienced staff.

Responsabilidades

• Execute daily tasks for material receipt and shipments.
• Adhere to safety, quality, and productivity standards in all material operations.
• Maintain a safe work environment in material operations areas.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve problems.
• Identify changes needed in documentation and equipment for continuous improvement.
• Review area documents and verify SAP transactions for inventories and movements.
