Job summary

Kelly Science & Clinical is seeking Manufacturing Operator Associates – Cell Therapy for a 6‑month contract in Union City, GA. You will work on aseptic manufacturing, weigh and verify materials, and support cGMP processes in a fast‑paced environment.

This role offers hands‑on training, potential extension or conversion to full‑time employment, and exposure to cutting‑edge cell therapy production. Must be able to work a rotating schedule and communicate in English.

Qualifications

• Experience working in manufacturing and/or laboratory settings.
• Experience in medical device, pharma or biotech preferred.
• Fluent in English (written and oral).

Responsibilities

• Weighs, measures, and checks raw materials to ensure batches have proper ingredients and quantities.
• Maintains records to comply with regulatory requirements.
• Works with Manufacturing Associates utilizing cGMP during aseptic processing of clinical and commercial products using SOPs.
• Represents department in cross-functional teams and in GXP-related problem resolution.
• Receives blood-derived component shipments per SOPs.
• Prepares components for final shipment after manufacturing process.
• Examines, stocks, and distributes GMP and non-GMP materials to inventory and manufacturing lines.
• Supports all functions as needed.
