Qualifications

• Experience in cell-based biology lab, academic or industry
• Hands-on aseptic technique in clean room or lab
• Familiarity with GMP practices and SOPs
• Experience with cell culture and maintaining cell lines
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Capable of sterile gowning and controlled environment work
• Experience with batch records and documented procedures
• Experience with cell expansions, volume reductions, depletions, and enrichments
• Understanding of basic biology lab operations and media prep

Responsibilities

• Assist with clean room qualification activities and burden cleaning to prepare rooms
• Run supplies to support clean room operation and processing
• Perform aseptic gowning to enter the clean room
• Process cells and samples according to procedures and quality standards
• Cryopreserve and manipulate cell products maintaining sterility
• Follow GMP standards and SOPs in all lab work
• Prepare media and reagents for cell therapy processes
• Conduct processing and testing to produce safe cell therapy products
• Work in clean rooms for stem cell preparation and culture activities
• Handle batch records and cell processing steps
• Contribute to clinical trial support by aligning tasks with protocols and regulatory requirements
• Communicate effectively within a large team and with leadership
• Maintain compliance with facility procedures for entry and environmental controls
• Support fast-paced production by adapting to priorities
