Qualifications

• Experience with equipment development laboratory operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical oversight of Cell Therapy and Viral Vector equipment.
• Establish preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and drive corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Quality and Manufacturing teams for compliance.
