Job summary

MANN+HUMMEL Fayetteville is seeking an experienced maintenance professional for 1st shift. The role focuses on operating and maintaining production equipment, performing scheduled PMs, and implementing improvements across lines or cells.

Training in lubrication, repairs, and blueprint reading will be provided as needed. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, plus 2–4 years in machine set-up or processing.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; vocational training in skilled trades preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in machine set-up and processing.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and general computer use.
• Must complete New Employee Orientation and Quality Systems Overview training.
• Preferred completion of a 2-year tech school in Industrial Maintenance or 3–5 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate major equipment on multiple lines or cells.
• Complete equipment changeovers and perform general maintenance tasks.
• Support lubrication, cleaning, repair, and adjustments as needed.
• Educate other employees on line equipment after certification.
• Maintain production levels and monitor scrap rates as directed by management.
• Organize and complete scheduled PMs and routine maintenance.
• Replace parts and perform rebuilds as required and read blueprints.
