Job summary

Tegra Medical LLC is seeking a Cell Tech I for our Franklin, MA facility. This onsite role involves operating production equipment to manufacture and assemble customer products, following blueprints and travelers to ensure tolerances are met.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of manufacturing experience, strong mechanical/mathematical aptitude, and good communication. This position offers full-time, on-site employment with an hourly pay rate.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read blueprints/drawings and follow work instructions.
• Have good mechanical and math aptitude.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Dependable, efficient and productive work habits.
• 1-2 years industrial experience in manufacturing/machine operating.
• Ability to work with small diameter parts requiring tight tolerances and high-quality finishes.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment to manufacture and assemble customer products.
• Follow blueprints, guidelines and travelers to meet specifications and tolerances.
• Maintain production records and report inconsistencies or equipment issues.
• Perform first piece and in-process inspections and record results.
• Use ERP system transactions and support continuous improvement.
