Operators perform value-added machining operations while following standardized work instructions and ensuring compliance with engineering specifications and aerospace quality standards.
Working within a Lean production environment, CNC Turning Operators help maintain continuous production flow by monitoring machining processes, identifying abnormalities, and preventing defects from moving downstream.
