Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant work experience with a high school diploma/GED.
• 2+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree.
• Ability to read, write and communicate fluently.
• Team player with strong stakeholder relationships.
• Work effectively in field environments.

Responsibilities

• Cable installation (fiber, power).
• Installing, configuring, and integrating equipment.
• Site commissioning and on-air testing for new cell sites.
• Integrating LTE/5G and legacy tech into carrier network.
• Verify alarms, connectivity, and system functionality.
• Document results and complete site reports.
• Transport tools and materials in company vehicles.
• Maintain vehicles, tools, and equipment in safe condition.
• Follow OSHA and safety policies.
