Job description

Summary of Position:The Technician fabricates a finished component through all necessary stages of assembly.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:• May build an entire production run, including mixing, coating, pressing, stripping, welding, winding, cell assembly and testing.• Attach terminals or leads and assemble components.• Place parts in ovens and operate at the specified time-temperature to produce a properly dried assembly.• Place parts in filling tubes or pouches specified to incorporate electrolytes as specified.• Seal product in cans or pouches using curling, sealing and welding equipment as specified.• Work closely with Quality Department to produce a finished component that meets customer specifications.• Maintain production records to record all specified data for each production batch.• May assist personnel in the Engineering, R&D, and Production Teams• Observe and practice appropriate environmental, safety and health policies and practices.• Perform other related duties as assigned by Supervisor.• Maintain work area to be clean and orderly

Education/Experience:● High School Diploma or Equivalent● Work with hands, simple math, follow instruction
