Job summary

CPR Cell Phone Repair in Durham, NC is seeking a customer-focused associate to perform cell phone repairs, assist customers, and help manage store operations. The role includes repairs, sales, inventory tasks, and ensuring a clean, welcoming store environment.

You will handle repairs such as screen and battery replacements, explain pricing and warranty policies, process payments, and support opening/closing duties while adhering to store policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with checking in and checking out their devices.

• Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records.

• Process customer payments and maintain accurate transaction records.
• Follow store policies and repair procedures.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Perform other store-related duties as assigned by management.
