You will operate laser markers, glass blast for burr removal, complete NCRs, and maintain a safe, efficient work area while meeting daily production and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience with blades, tolerances, diameters, styles, item numbers, and sizes.
• MS Windows and Word/Excel proficiency.
• Basic computer programming knowledge.
• Read and understand blueprint notes.
• Ability to read calipers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare blades and paperwork for Coating Department.
• Pack blades for inventory and boxes.
• Glass blast blades to remove burrs.
• Inspect parts for quality defects visually and with OD measuring instruments.
• Mark product using laser marking systems (automatic and manual).
• Load product on trays and operate AMEC wash system.
• Fill out NCRs for blades that do not meet quality standards.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work area.
