Cell Line Development Scientist - Genetic Characterization

We are seeking a Cell Line Development Scientist specializing in Genetic Characterization. The role involves supporting the genetic characterization of cell lines expressing therapeutic proteins and performing molecular biology activities such as nucleic acid extractions, ddPCR, RT-PCR, PCR, Next Generation Sequencing library preparation, Northern and Southern blotting, and molecular cloning.

Responsibilities include mammalian cell culture, experimental design, data analysis, troubleshooting, team participation, and maintaining detailed records. The position requires excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Minimum qualifications include at least a MS in Biotechnology, Cell Biology, or related fields; PhD preferred. Required experience encompasses mammalian cell culture, aseptic techniques, nucleic acid extraction, NGS library prep, ddPCR, and PCR. Northern and Southern blotting experience is a plus but not mandatory. Authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
