JOB DESCRIPTION:
Perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspections on incoming goods and products.The Cell/Team Leader position acts as a coach and technical advisor to the work cell/work area team. This role leads the work flow within the assigned cell/location.This position has supervisory responsibilities as it relates to workflow. This role is not responsible for management of personnel. All personnel issues or concerns are to be communicated to the Production Supervisor or Operations Manager for further handling.

8. Good reasoning skills are required as well as knowledge of Knorr/Merak/IFE documentation and specifications. Working in strict compliance to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 18001 and IRIS is mandatory.
Required Education
High School Diploma or GED
Required Experience
3-5 Years Relevant Experience
Work Environment
Sitting, standing, walking, crouching, kneeling, pushing/pulling, etc.
Maximum lifting/carrying: 50 lbs.
The base pay range is $31.35 - $36.85 USD per hour. The company reasonably expects to pay within that range, however, Knorr Brake Company considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
