Qualifications

• Enrolled as a rising sophomore, junior, or senior in a science degree.
• Interest in biomedical research, cell and gene therapy, rare diseases, or drug development.
• Prior lab or internship experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with research activities under supervision and mentorship.
• Support laboratory experiments including cell culture and preclinical techniques.
• Help with assay development and process improvement.
• Analyze data and present findings to the team.
• Collaborate with colleagues to plan future studies.
• Present project outcomes and key learnings at internship conclusion.
