The Opportunity:
Factorial Energy is looking for a Cell Design Engineer – All Solid-State Battery to join its Product Development team in Billerica, Massachusetts. The successful candidate will engage in lithium rechargeable battery design-oriented tasks and will focus on the optimization of overall battery performance by controlling multiple aspects of the battery. This position requires a thorough understanding of how the battery works, how they are assembled, and how the energy density can be affected by various parameters. Applicants must demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
