Availability of Shifts

Candidates must be comfortable with the available shifts.

Training Class Start Date – January 12th, 2026

Assigned Shift after training: Wednesday-Saturday 6:00am-4:30pm or Sunday - Wednesday, 6:00am - 4:30pm.

Training Shift Hours: Monday to Friday 7am to 4pm for 4 weeks

Interview Date- November 20th at 2:00 and 3:30

Role Overview

As a Manufacturing Technician, you'll collaborate with our talented engineers, quality experts, and cross‑functional teams to execute crucial functions that drive our operations. You'll have the opportunity to leverage state‑of‑the‑art programs such as LIMS, SAP, automated control systems, DCS, PLC, PI, and more.

Responsibilities

Follow precise verbal and written procedures in a controlled cGMP environment while prioritizing safety regulations.
Meticulously document processes in corresponding batch records and log sheets, adhering to cGMP and established Standard Operating Procedures.
Collaborate with our team to determine innovative process methods and procedures, actively contributing to the continuous improvement of our operations.
Demonstrate strong commitment to safety by diligently wearing personal protective equipment, such as gowning, safety glasses, gloves, and safety shoes.
Proactively complete and maintain training requirements to stay up to date with the latest industry standards.
Occasionally work overtime to meet project deadlines and deliver exceptional results.
Manage inventory levels and actively participate in the shipping of finished materials.
Conduct sampling and perform in‑process analytical testing to guarantee product quality and integrity.
Skillfully prepare equipment for operation, including cleaning and sterilization processes (CIP/SIP).
Perform pH and conductivity measurements, crucial parameters for process control and optimization.
Operate manufacturing equipment, such as glass washers and autoclaves.
Contribute to the preparation of buffers and media, vital components of our production activities.
Engage in cell culture activities, ranging from vial thaw to production scale.
Perform key column operations, Tangential Flow Filtration (TFF), and load line setup.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in a science discipline is highly preferred with 1+ year manufacturing experience.
Associate degree/equivalent certification required, with 1+ year manufacturing experience preferred.
Knowledge of cGMP operations is preferable.
Ability to exercise considerable judgment and initiative on assignments that require critical decision‑making.
Deep understanding of the implications of your work and capacity to make well‑informed recommendations for effective solutions.
Capability to determine appropriate methods and procedures when faced with new assignments, showcasing adaptability and problem‑solving skills.

Physical & Safety Requirements

Strong written and verbal skills, enabling effective communication.
Ability to read written instructions and/or numbers at close and far ranges.
Comfortable working with a computer or tablet for 50-60% of scheduled work time.
Ability to thrive in a manufacturing environment with a constant sound level of 75 decibels; occasional use of hearing protection may be required.
Adaptability to spending 50% of scheduled work time in a stationary position, where focus and attention to detail are paramount.
Frequent movement and positioning to observe equipment readings, ensuring accurate monitoring and data collection.
Work with your team to transport/move equipment weighing up to 50 lbs., with support from appropriate safety equipment.

Come thoroughly prepared to interview.
Must be flexible for overtime hours or additional days.
Provide shift secondary shift preference.
