Qualifications

• Must-Have: High School Diploma with 2+ years of work experience; capable of handling multiple projects; strong organizational and time management skills; detail-oriented with good communication; able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and software; basic understanding of lab protocols; computer literacy; familiarity with AI tools to support problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Operate lab equipment and perform tasks per SOPs, including maintenance, reagent prep, equipment checks, inventory, waste, and 5S cleanliness.
• Document lab work using Good Documentation Practices and adhere to GxP regulatory requirements.
• Stay current on departmental and corporate training; coordinate with team to achieve deliverables; manage personal time and development.
