Job summary

BioTalent is hiring a Biomanufacturing Associate, Downstream, in a role focused on purifying biologics using advanced downstream technologies in a cleanroom environment. You will gain hands-on experience with chromatography systems, TFF, and sterile filtration while maintaining GMP-compliant documentation.

We seek candidates with 4+ months in biopharmaceutical manufacturing, exposure to GMP settings, and a detail-oriented mindset to ensure quality.

Qualifications

Join a leading CDMO specializing in the development and manufacturing of biologics for clinical and commercial programs.

You'll be responsible for the purification of biological products while working with advanced downstream processing technologies in a cleanroom environment.

We're looking for candidates with:

+4 months of experience (academic / professional) in biopharmaceutical or biotech manufacturing

Experience in a GMP-regulated environment

Hands-on experience (academic / professional) with downstream processing, chromatography, filtration, or related purification techniques

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

What you'll do:

Operate chromatography systems and purification equipment

Perform Tangential Flow Filtration (TFF) and sterile filtration processes

Prepare buffers and production materials

Complete GMP documentation and batch records

Support aseptic manufacturing in cleanroom environments

Maintain equipment and contribute to continuous manufacturing operations
