Qualifications

• Exposure to bioreactor systems, control software, and protein expression systems.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general research laboratory activities under moderate supervision.
• Help develop innovative methods or products that support business needs.
• Design and execute experiments, interpret data, and present results at team meetings.
• Carry out expression screens or experiments to produce proteins of interest at various scales.
• Purify recombinant proteins using automated chromatography systems.
• Characterize samples with techniques like SDS-PAGE, RP-HPLC, UV-Vis spectrophotometry; perform assays as needed.
• Complete project plans with timelines and budgets.
