You will manage 96-well assays, operate plate readers and flow cytometers, maintain cell lines with aseptic technique, and ensure rigorous documentation and compliance with cGMP, GLP and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in cell-based assay analytical techniques
• Good oral presentation and technical writing skills
• Able to record information clearly and accurately per cGMP/GLP
• Understanding of biotherapeutic regulatory requirements
• Strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Perform analyses and evaluate data from bioassays, including cell-based assays and ELISAs.
• Plan and execute 96-well cell-based assays with plate readers and flow cytometers.
• Maintain multiple cell lines with aseptic technique and banking.
• Notebook upkeep and scientific writing.
• Adhere to safety procedures and hazardous waste disposal.
• React to change productively and handle other essential tasks.
