Job summary

Ultium Cells LLC is seeking a Production Engineer for the Cell Assembly Department in Warren, OH. Training for about six months on Day Shift, then moving to a Night Shift (11 PM–8 AM), five days per week. This is an onsite position.

You will join a technical team responsible for continuous improvement, troubleshooting equipment and processes, analyzing production results, and ensuring high yield and productivity in a highly automated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 0–3+ years in continuous improvement or manufacturing in an automated environment.
• Must be able to speak and read English.

Responsibilities

• Ensure production and quality goals are met through teamwork and communication.
• Train and develop Operators for success and future opportunities.
• Evaluate the production schedule and oversee quality control to meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with maintenance and facility teams to reduce downtime.
