Chromalloy in Orangeburg, NY, is seeking a Production Worker to support the manufacture and processing of aerospace components. You will use hand tools, power tools, and equipment to prepare materials, assist production, and help ensure safety, quality, and efficiency in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires a high school diploma and basic mechanical aptitude. You will train on 1st shift for 90 days before moving to the 3rd shift with a $2.00 differential, and you will work Monday–Friday,

• Perform production tasks following standardized work instructions and established procedures.
• Cross-train and support operations across multiple production areas.
• Follow all safety procedures and properly use required PPE.
• Maintain compliance with Job Safety Analyses (JSAs), Safety Data Sheets (SDS), and company safety requirements.
• Support production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Summary

We're looking for a Production Worker to support the manufacturing and processing of aerospace components in a fast-paced production environment. In this role, you'll use hand tools, power tools, and equipment to prepare materials, support production processes, and help ensure products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and to quality standards.

3rd shift, Monday - Friday 11:00pm-7:00am

Shift Differential

$2.00

Starting Rate

$22.39/hr

Training

New hires must be available to train on 1st shift, Monday-Friday, 7:00a-3:00p for a minimum of 90 days before transitioning to their regularly assigned shift.

What You’ll Be Doing

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Work is performed in a manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery, moving equipment, noise, fumes, and varying temperatures.
• Frequent standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching throughout the workday.
• Regular lifting and movement of materials up to 30 pounds.
• Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to all safety requirements
