Qualifications

• Previous experience in a retail role, preferably with a fashion luxury/contemporary brand.
• Strong sales, customer service, and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills in retail point of sales system, excel, and word.
• Organizational skills and an eye for detail.
• A team player who is inspired by other’s successes as well as your own.
• Able to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales and metric goals.
• Utilize product knowledge and trends to provide styling suggestions.
• Engage with customers, building relationships to drive repeat business.
• Maintain knowledge of store KPIs and work towards targets.
• Collaborate with management to develop sales strategies.

• Build and maintain a client book to generate appointments and drive sales.
