Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking a Celebrity & Entertainment Manager to build and maintain relationships with celebrities, talent agencies, stylists and internal teams in North America. The role supports talent strategy, campaigns, events and corporate initiatives across the region.

You will work with North America and HQ teams to identify talent for events, negotiate contracts, and partner with internal groups on celebrity-related projects and cultural activations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 5 years of celebrity or public relations experience.
• Strong Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify talent for events and campaigns with North America teams while supporting brand image and desirability.
• Collaborate with the Director on talent ambassador and project contract agreements and negotiations.
• Partner with internal teams on celebrity-related projects and event requests.

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work late nights and weekends.
