Job summary

Ceiling Pro Indy is seeking a technician with hands-on experience installing drop ceiling grid systems and acoustic panels to join our central Indiana service team. You will lead installs, repairs, and tile replacements in commercial environments, and perform ceiling cleaning between projects to keep sites safe and tidy.

If you can read reflected ceiling plans, hang grid accurately, and work at heights on ladders or lifts, we want to talk to you.

Put Your Ceiling Experience to Work

We're looking for a technician withhands-on experience installing drop ceiling grid systems, accoustic ceiling panels and ceiling cleaningto join our ceiling service team. You'll lead drop ceiling installs, acoustic ceiling installs, repairs, and tile replacement in commercial and industrial buildings across central Indiana — plus ceiling cleaning and high dusting work between installs, so the hours stay steady year-round.

If you know your way around a grid layout, can hang wire and set mains and tees cleanly, and take pride in a ceiling that’s square and level, we want to talk to you.

What You'll Do

• Install, repair, and replace acoustic ceiling tiles and suspended grid systems — layout, hanger wire, mains, cross tees, perimeter trim, and tile


• Work from ladders, scaffolds, and power lift equipment


• Perform ceiling cleaning and high dusting in commercial and industrial spaces, leaving surfaces dust-free and sanitized


• Walk job sites to assess material needs, spot safety hazards, and plan an efficient workflow


• Work alongside the crew to finish projects on time and on budget


• Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)


• Pitch in on general maintenance tasks that keep job sites running smoothly

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience installing suspended/drop ceiling grid systems— you can read a reflected ceiling plan, lay out a room, and deliver a level, square grid


• Comfortable working at heights on ladders, scaffolds, and lifts


• Physically able to stand, reach overhead, and lift up to [50] lbs for extended periods


• Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented — our clients notice the difference


• Able to work both day and night shifts (schedule varies by project; you'll know your schedule in advance)


• Reliable transportation to job sites; valid driver's license a plus


• Lift certification or scaffold experience a plus
