Job summary

Ceiling Pro Indy is seeking a technician with hands-on experience installing drop ceiling grid systems and acoustic panels to join our central Indiana service team. You will lead installs, repairs, and tile replacements in commercial environments, and perform ceiling cleaning between projects to keep sites safe and tidy.

If you can read reflected ceiling plans, hang grid accurately, and work at heights on ladders or lifts, we want to talk to you.

Qualifications

• Proven experience installing suspended/drop ceiling grid systems (grid layout, mains, tees)
• Ability to read reflected ceiling plans and ensure a level, square grid
• Comfort working at heights and with lifts
• Commitment to safety protocols and PPE

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and replace acoustic ceiling tiles and suspended grid systems
• Work from ladders, scaffolds, and power lift equipment
• Perform ceiling cleaning and high dusting in commercial spaces
• Walk job sites to assess material needs and plan workflow
• Collaborate with crew to complete projects on time and on budget
• Follow safety protocols and PPE requirements
• Assist with general maintenance tasks on site
