Job Description: Construction Inspector at Parrish & Partners

Parrish & Partners is seeking a Mid-Level or Senior Level Construction Inspector to enhance our CEI operations in South Carolina. The ideal candidate should have problem-solving skills, prefer outdoor work, communicate changes effectively to clients and contractors, and be meticulous with electronic documentation. Requirements include a high school diploma or higher, road and bridge inspection experience, and certifications in Earthwork and Base, Asphalt Roadway, and Concrete from SCDOT or NCDOT.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform inspection and testing of road and bridge construction
2. Review construction plans and documents
3. Document inspection notes and test results
4. Collect and transport test samples
5. Safely operate tools and equipment

This role involves physical activity such as stooping, standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and possibly overnight travel. A valid driver’s license is required.
