Neel-Schaffer is a dynamic engineering firm offering a collaborative, innovative, and growth‑oriented environment. We are looking for a CEI Engineer to work at one of our Mississippi office locations.

The successful candidate will manage a wide variety of construction‑related projects, primarily general civil site design or transportation systems (roadways, parking lots, pedestrian pathways, etc.). Project management and construction experience is required, along with experience working on MDOT or MDOT LPA projects.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (required)
• Licensed Professional Civil Engineer, preferred, or ability to obtain your PE within 4 years
• 3+ years of construction experience
• Experience leading and managing construction staff, preferred
• Strong verbal communication and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
• Experience working on MDOT or MDOT LPA Projects (required)
• Valid driver’s license
