Job summary

BeOne Medicines Ltd. is seeking a Manager, CDx Development to oversee the CDx portfolio and project management within the Precision Medicine Team. This role supports the Diagnostics Alliance Manager with collaboration management, scoping, budget accruals and forecasting.

The ideal candidate will coordinate timelines and maintain centralized tracking tools across internal and external partners, ensuring timely updates and governance. Strong MS Office and SharePoint skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Biology or related scientific discipline preferred.
• Minimum of 5+ years industry experience in pharma, biotech and/or IVD company.
• Proficiency with portfolio tracking and management.
• Experience with budget tracking and forecasting.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Diagnostics Alliance Manager to support CDx partner engagement, project scoping, budget accruals and forecasting.
• Coordinate timelines, agendas, minutes, action items and status updates across stakeholders.
• Track risks, issues, decisions and mitigation plans and escalate impacts promptly.
• Maintain centralized CDx portfolio and project tracking tools for governance.
• Organize internal/external CDx documentation repositories to support collaboration.
