Job summary

Club Demonstration Services (CDS) seeks a Full Time Event Manager for Product Demonstrations in Passaic, NJ. You will recruit, train and supervise in-store product demonstrators, ensuring product prep, presentation and food safety standards are met.

You will liaise with warehouse managers, vendors and store teams to support openings and ongoing events. The role requires strong leadership, communication skills and the ability to coach staff in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of related experience in retail, hospitality, or food environments.
• Proven leadership and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train and hire part-time staff.
• Oversee product preparation and presentation, including food safety and sanitation.
• Train Demonstrators in demonstration preparation and customer service.

You will oversee product preparation and presentation, training and provide superb service to all Club members. This position requires strong communication between warehouse managers, vendors and in store Product Demonstrators including participation in new location grand openings.CDS is the preferred in-house event marketing provider to Costco.
