Job summary

Club Demonstration Services (CDS) in Tampa, FL is seeking an Event Manager for product demonstrations. You will recruit, train and supervise part-time staff, oversee demo setup and food safety, and ensure superb customer service during in-store events.

You'll liaise with warehouse managers, vendors and demonstrators, and participate in grand openings at new locations, driving consistent, high-quality demonstrations and guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of related experience in retail, hospitality, or food environments.

You will oversee product preparation and presentation, training and provide superb service to all Club members. This position requires strong communication between warehouse managers, vendors and in store Product Demonstrators including participation in new location grand openings.CDS is the preferred in-house event marketing provider to Costco.
