Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking an Full Time Event Manager - Product Demonstration in Murfreesboro, TN. You will recruit, train, and lead an in-store product demonstration team, ensuring brand readiness and top-notch service for Club members.

You will oversee product setup, coordinate with warehouse managers and vendors, and support grand openings of new locations, with a set Tue–Sat schedule and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years of related experience in retail, hospitality, or food environments.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to coach employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Product Demonstrators, recruiting, hiring, training and supervising.
• Oversee product preparation and presentation to ensure high standards.
