Advantage Solutions in Waterbury, CT is seeking a Full-Time Event Manager for Product Demonstration. Responsible for recruiting, hiring and supervising in-store product demonstrators, training, and ensuring quality presentation and customer service.

You will coordinate with warehouse managers, vendors and staff, and participate in new location grand openings. The role demands strong communication, leadership and the ability to work onsite in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Two to four years of related experience in retail, hospitality, or food environments.
• Detail oriented with excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead well performing teams.
• Able to coach and counsel employees and exercise independent judgement.

You will oversee product preparation and presentation, training and provide superb service to all Club members. This position requires strong communication between warehouse managers, vendors and in store Product Demonstrators including participation in new location grand openings.CDS is the preferred in-house event marketing provider to Costco.
