Job summary

Club Demonstration Services (CDS) is hiring an Event Manager to recruit, train, and supervise in-store Product Demonstrators. You will oversee product prep, demonstrate presentations, ensure food safety, and provide excellent service.

Collaboration with warehouse managers, vendors, and demonstrators is key while supporting new location grand openings. The role demands strong communication, leadership, and the ability to coach staff in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• 2–4 years of related retail, hospitality, or food environment experience.
• Detail oriented with strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead high-performing teams.
• Ability to exercise independent judgement.
• Ability to coach and counsel employees and take appropriate measures as needed.
• Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

### CDS Full Time Event Manager - Product DemonstrationClub Demonstration Services (CDS) is in need of an Event Manager responsible for the recruitment, hiring and supervision of in store Product Demonstrators. You will oversee product preparation and presentation, training and provide superb service to all Club members. This position requires strong communication between warehouse managers, vendors and in store Product Demonstrators including participation in new location grand openings.CDS is the preferred in-house event marketing provider to Costco.
