Breakthrough Healthcare is seeking caregivers to provide in-home, patient-centered care under a Registered Nurse supervision. You will assist with bathing, meals, errands, and mobility, while promoting independence and safety in clients' homes.

We offer weekly pay, continuing education, team recognition and development opportunities. This part-time role features day shifts and a supportive team focused on compassionate care and safety for the elderly and disabled.

Competenze

• 2+ years of experience in home health or geriatrics.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• US Citizen or Green Card holder.
• Stable work history.
• Reliable transportation with insurance.
• Availability to work weekdays and every other weekend.
• Clean background check and excellent references.

Job Description:

Under the Supervision of a Registered Nurse, you will provide care, comfort and assistance to clients in their home. Provide patient-centered care consistently. Promote independence, preserve autonomy. Ensure proper bathing and grooming, assist with meals, cooking, cleaning, run errands, report out of norm's and etc.
