Job summary

Textron Systems, part of Textron, seeks a Program Planning & Control Analyst to support the T-7A Maintenance Training System. You’ll coordinate CDRL deliverables, liaise with government customers and internal teams, and ensure data accuracy and on-time delivery.

The role involves working with Project Managers, Program Managers and Project Engineers on program objectives and contractual compliance. A bachelor's degree and 2 years of relevant experience are required, along with MS Office

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, information systems, or a related field (or equivalent military/defense experience).
  • 2 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary authority for managing all CDRL deliverables, ensuring compliance with DoD and customer contract specifications.
  • Interpret and analyze government contracts (DIDs, CDRLs) and establish workflows to meet all requirements.
  • Develop and maintain CDRL data tracking processes in line with the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), ensuring timely delivery.
  • Partner with program management, technical teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to coordinate contributions for all deliverables in alignment with program milestones.
  • Perform reviews for accuracy, formatting, completeness, and compliance with contractual or legal criteria.
  • Closely supports PM team and collaborates with other functions including engineering, scheduling, contracts, procurement, manufacturing and finance
  • Participates in and supports preparation of customer and internal reviews
