$10,000 Hiring Incentive for Licensed Practical Nurses!

$10,000 Hiring Incentives for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN):

Payout schedule:

  1. $2,000 after training completion;
  2. $2,000 after 4 months of service;
  3. $2,000 after 8 months;
  4. $4,000 after 12 months;

Note: To qualify, the candidate must be hired and start employment before June 30, 2025.

Who May Apply:

Open to Colorado residents only. Positions are located in Limon, CO, with future vacancies possible.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide skilled nursing care in outpatient, infirmary, or specialized settings for acute, chronic, and emergency cases. Responsibilities include documentation, patient education, medication administration, collaboration with medical staff, infection control, and emergency interventions. Additional duties involve assisting with procedures, managing supplies, and ensuring safety and security.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Valid LPN license from Colorado or participating states;
  • Competencies include effective patient treatment, confidentiality, emergency response, communication, decision-making, and shift flexibility.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • IV Certification, experience in long-term or acute care, correctional environment experience.

Only applicants meeting minimum qualifications will be considered.

Additional Requirements:
  • Legally eligible to work in the U.S., pass background checks, and drug screening;
  • Must be 18+, possess a driver’s license, high school diploma or GED, and have no felony convictions;
  • Ability to complete Colorado Department of Corrections Basic Training, including physical and defensive tactics training;
  • Willing to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays;
  • Exposed to Oleoresin Capsicum during training and duty.
