Job summary

RODAL TECHNOLOGIES is hiring CDL-A drivers for a dedicated semi-local reefer account based in Gilroy, CA. You must reside within 50 miles of Gilroy and have 3+ months of Class A driving experience.

Pay ranges from $0.59–$0.63 per mile with an average weekly pay of $1,400–$1,600. This role offers frequent home time, no-touch freight, CA–WA routes, and benefits beginning after 30 days.

Qualifications

• Class A CDL with 3+ months of driving experience.
• Familiarity with reefer freight operations and no-touch delivery.
• Ability to operate on a semi-local, dedicated route.

Responsibilities

• No-touch reefer freight with drop & hook and customer live unloads.
• Deliveries between CA and WA on a semi-local account.
• Operate automatic sleeper trucks and maintain safety standards.
