Job summary

Salt City Trucking in Arcadia, FL is seeking a CDL-A Local Grocery Driver for a WALMART ACCOUNT. This local reefer role offers home daily with approximately 2 runs per day and about 2,200 miles per week, delivering to Arcadia, Port Charlotte, Cape Coral, and surrounding markets.

You’ll operate live unloads with a slip-seat fleet, night shifts, and Thursday–Monday or Friday–Tuesday schedules; night and holiday work required.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• Night driving is required and holidays may be needed.
• Live unloads are part of the job.
• Slip-seat operation with a dedicated local fleet.
• DOT Medical Card must be current.

Responsibilities

• Operate a local grocery reefer route on a WALMART account.
• Complete approximately 2 runs per day and about 2,200 miles weekly.
• Deliver to Arcadia and surrounding markets including Port Charlotte and Cape Coral.
• Perform live unloads and adhere to shipping schedules.

Join a dedicated local grocery reefer operation serving Southwest Florida. Earn approximately $1,300 per week , run two trips per day, and get home daily while delivering throughout Arcadia and surrounding markets.

Arcadia, FL — local operation serving Arcadia, Port Charlotte, Cape Coral, Punta Gorda, Englewood, and North Port.

Pay Details

$1,300 Average Weekly Pay

• $0.43-$0.51 per mile
• Approximately 2,200 miles per week
• $30 for loads under 90 miles
• $10 stop pay
• Driver Performance Bonus available
• Live-unload operation

Job Requirements
