Salt City Trucking is hiring for a CDL-A Regional Grocery Driver to service a dedicated Walmart account based in Cocoa, FL. You will deliver refrigerated freight across Central Florida, GA, and SC with late-afternoon starts and weekend work.

Expect live unloads, overnight driving, and layovers as part of a typical schedule. Compensation includes base weekly pay plus per-load/stop pay and a performance bonus.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL license.
• Minimum 1 year of verifiable Class A CDL experience.
• Clean driving record and DOT Medical Card.
• No SAP drivers.
• Comfortable with overnight driving and regional routes.
• Must be flexible with late-afternoon start times and weekend work.

Responsabilités

• Live unload at every stop.
• Late-night driving on regional routes.
• Slip-seat equipment with 10-hour breaks and 34-hour restarts.
• Typical weekly miles: 1,600–2,400.
• Operate within Central Florida and GA/SC grocery routes.

Join a dedicated regional grocery account based in Cocoa, FL, delivering refrigerated freight throughout Central Florida and into Georgia and South Carolina. Earn $1,200–$1,300 weekly with a performance bonus and late-afternoon start times.

Main Yard / Starting Location

• Cocoa, FL 32926
• Routes throughout Central Florida and into GA and SC
• Deliver to major grocery and club-store locations

Pay Details

• $1,200–$1,300 average weekly
• Per-load flat-rate pay
• $0.11 CPM
• $10 stop pay
• Swift Driver Performance Bonus
• Approximately 1,600–2,400 miles/week

Job Details

• Dedicated refrigerated grocery account
• Live unload at every stop
• Late-night driving
• Typical driving hours around 9 PM–9 AM
• Mostly regional routes throughout Central FL, GA and SC
• Slip-seat equipment
• 10-hour breaks and 34-hour restarts

Shift Details

• Late afternoon starts: approximately 3:00 PM–8:00 PM
• Weekend and overnight work required
• Layovers approximately every other day
• Expect weekly layovers
• Possible home time for 2 midweek days off
• Flexibility with daily start times required

Job Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL

• First-seat experienced drivers and trainees considered
