Job summary

C3 Trucking is seeking drivers for a local dedicated account based near Westfield, MA. Deliver groceries on a 53-foot reefer to supermarkets and DCs across NY, NJ, and New England, with daily planning in NYC boroughs and multi-stop routes. You’ll run mostly local loads, typically 15–20 stops weekly, and backhauls when available.

Uniforms are provided and drivers may assist other local accounts. Automatic daycabs are assigned and cannot be taken home.

Qualifications

• 3 months Class A experience with a 53-foot trailer.
• Clean MVR.
• Clean background.
• NO SAP DRIVERS.
• Must pass a hair and urine drug test and a DOT physical.

Responsibilities

• Deliver fresh and frozen groceries on a 53 ft reefer trailer to supermarkets and DCs within NY (BN + Long Island) 80-90% and NJ, MA, VT, RI, NH, ME, PA.
• Plan to deliver in NYC boroughs daily.
• Multi-stop loads, usually 15-20 stops per week on average.
• May pick up return product from stops and backhaul to the DC when needed.
• Uniforms provided; operate assigned automatic daycabs; assist other local accounts as needed.

Drivers on this local job will operate in a 350-miles of North Hatfield, MA.
Job Details:
Deliver fresh and frozen groceries on a '53,'51,'48,or'46 ft reefer trailer to supermarkets and distribution centers in (NY – Boroughs +Long Island 80-90%), NJ, MA, VT, RI, NH, ME, PA, parts of NY upstate. **
DRIVERS SHOULD PLAN TO DELIVER IN NYC BOROUGHS DAILY.**
Multi-stop loads, usually 15-20 stops per week on avg.
Drivers normally do one long load per day, occasionally followed by a shorter load if hours permit.
Drivers will pick up return product occasionally from stops and may need to pick up a backhaul back to the DC
Assigned Automatic daycabs that cannot be taken home for time off.
Driver must be able to provide their own transportation to and from the account.
Uniforms are provided.
Drivers will be trained in electric pallet jack usage to help in unloading at the store.
Drivers will help support other accounts in the local area as needed.
Drivers should understand the importance of customer service and have good customer service skills.

Drivers average $110,000 annually
