Job summary

Transporting Logistics is hiring Class A CDL drivers to be based in Pompano Beach, FL, hauling grocery products in reefer trailers for Whole Foods.

You will be paid $25 per hour for day shifts and $26 per hour for night shifts. The schedule requires staying home daily with a five-day workweek and two consecutive days off in the middle of the week; weekends are required, with night shifts starting at 11 p.m. Expect about 50 hours per week and overtime after 40 hours.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 22 years old.
• Clean driving record: no more than three moving violations in 3 years.
• No more than one DOT recordable preventable accident in 3 years.
• Must create a profile in the DOT Clearinghouse before hire.
• 9 months tractor-trailer experience in past 3 years.
• Must read and speak English sufficiently.
• Additional qualifications may apply.

Now hiring Class A CDL drivers to be based in Pompano Beach, FL, to haul grocery product in reefer trailers for our dedicated customer, Whole Foods.

Pay

Earn $25 per hour for day shifts and $26 per hour for night shifts. You are paid weekly with overtime after 40 hours. Drivers average 50 hours per week.

Schedule

Be home daily with a five-day workweek and two consecutive days off in the middle of the week. Weekends are required. Night shifts start at 11 p.m. running 10-to-12-hours per day.

Equipment

Drive late-model equipment hauling grocery products in reefer trailers and using an electric pallet jack.

Minimum Requirements

• Must be at least 22 years or older

• With the Department of Transportation’s Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse in effect, all applicants must create a profile at fmcsa.dot.gov before being hired

• Must be able to read and speak the English language sufficiently to converse with the general public, understand highway traffic signs and signals in English, respond to official inquiries, and make entries on reports and records
