Job summary

Herman N Logistics is seeking an OTR CDL-A Flex Driver to provide coverage across multiple operations nationwide. Earn $43 per hour straight time with a 50-hour weekly guarantee and $175 weekly per diem; travel expenses including flights, hotels, and rental cars are covered.

Expect 5 weeks out and 1 week off, 50–60 hours weekly, and assignments that may include no-touch, driver-assist, unloading, or tarping.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• 9 months of tractor-trailer experience in the past 3 years.
• Must be at least 22 years old.
• No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years.
• No more than 1 DOT-recordable preventable accident in the past 3 years.
• Must meet DOT Clearinghouse requirements.
• Must be able to read and speak English sufficiently for safety and job duties.
• Additional qualifications may apply.
