Job summary

Costco in Phoenix, AZ seeks a CDL-A OTR Dry Van Driver for a dedicated over-the-road fleet. You’ll haul drop-and-hook freight on routes between Phoenix, Las Vegas, St. George, and Southern California with weekly pay of $1,100–$1,300 and a driver performance bonus.

Expect a mix of day and night shifts, 80–90% drop-and-hook operations, and extended regional trips with California driving. Trainees welcome; safe driving and valid CDL-A required.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Experienced first-seat drivers and trainees considered.
• Clean driving record.
• Valid DOT Medical Card.
• Must be comfortable with OTR driving and extended routes.
• Must be able to drive safely in California and other assigned markets.
• Must remain flexible for day/night shifts and holiday operations.

Join a dedicated over-the-road dry van operation starting in the Phoenix, AZ area. Earn $1,100–$1,300 per week while hauling primarily drop-and-hook freight on routes between Phoenix, Las Vegas or St. George, and Southern California. Both experienced drivers and trainees are welcome.

Pay Details & Schedule

• Weekly Pay: $1,150–$1,300
• Driver Performance Bonus available
• $10 for the first stop and $15 for each additional stop
• Day and night shifts available
• 34-hour restarts
• Routes may include holiday work based on customer operations
• Over-the-road schedule with extended regional routes
